Wassermelonen Feta Mint Skewers (Print Version)

01 - 500 g watermelon, cut into cubes (3 cm)
02 - 200 g feta cheese, cut into cubes (3 cm)
03 - 6 sprigs fresh mint, leaves separated

# Instructions:

01 - Halve the watermelon and place the flat side on a cutting board. Slice it into approximately 3 cm thick slabs. Remove the rind from each slab and cut the watermelon into 3 cm cubes.
02 - Cut the feta cheese into 3 cm cubes. Rinse the mint with cold water, shake it dry, and lightly tap it on the countertop to enhance its flavor. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems.
03 - Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers in the following order: watermelon cube, feta cube, mint leaf, and another watermelon cube. Repeat for all the skewers.
