Halve the watermelon and place the flat side on a cutting board. Slice it into approximately 3 cm thick slabs. Remove the rind from each slab and cut the watermelon into 3 cm cubes.

Cut the feta cheese into 3 cm cubes. Rinse the mint with cold water, shake it dry, and lightly tap it on the countertop to enhance its flavor. Gently pluck the leaves from the stems.

Thread the ingredients onto wooden skewers in the following order: watermelon cube, feta cube, mint leaf, and another watermelon cube. Repeat for all the skewers.
