Watermelon Smoothie Lime Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups fresh watermelon
02 - 2 cups frozen strawberries
03 - 2 frozen bananas
04 - Juice and zest of half a lime
05 - 2 tbsp vegan yogurt
06 - 1 tbsp maple syrup

# Instructions:

01 - Add all of the ingredients to a high-speed blender in the order listed, starting with the watermelon.
02 - Cover the blender with a lid and blend on high speed, using a tamper to push fruit towards the blade as needed.
03 - Pour the smoothie into a glass or a hollowed-out watermelon rind, if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust creaminess by adding water if needed. Start with 1/4 cup and add more to reach the desired consistency.
02 - For serving in a watermelon, use a mini watermelon. Cut it in half, scoop out the flesh, and level the bottom of the rind for stability.
03 - Consider replacing bananas with frozen zucchini for banana-free alternatives. Peel, chop, and freeze zucchini before use.
