Line a large (half-sheet 18x13 inches) rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

In an extra-large (6-quart) mixing bowl, combine Corn CHEX cereal, Cheerios cereal, mini pretzels, peanuts, and 2 cups M&M’s candies. Set aside.

Melt the vanilla almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl according to package directions, heating in 30-second intervals and stirring between each until smooth.

Pour the melted almond bark over the cereal mixture and gently fold to coat all ingredients evenly. Work quickly as the almond bark begins to harden rapidly.

Transfer the coated mixture to the prepared baking sheet, spreading it into an even layer. Sprinkle up to ½ cup additional M&M’s candies evenly over the top for garnish, if desired.

Allow the mixture to set at room temperature for at least 1 hour, or until the vanilla almond bark has fully hardened.

Break the hardened mixture into bite-sized clusters using your hands. Transfer to a serving bowl or package in cellophane bags for gifting.
