Cozy Zaatar Manakish Flatbread (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500g all-purpose flour, plus some for shaping.
02 - 300ml warm water (not too hot).
03 - 2 tsp fine salt.
04 - 1 tsp granulated sugar.
05 - 1 pack of instant yeast.
06 - 4 tbsp olive oil, plus extra for brushing.
07 - 100ml olive oil for mixing with Zaatar.
08 - 60g Zaatar seasoning.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix the yeast into the warm water, then let it sit for about 6 minutes to bloom. Stir in olive oil, sugar, and salt when ready.
02 - Add the flour into the mix slowly. Knead it on a floured surface until a smooth ball forms.
03 - Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rest for 45 minutes to an hour at room temperature.
04 - Blend the Zaatar with olive oil until it reaches a spreadable consistency.
05 - Divide the dough into 7-9 portions and flatten each into a 1.5cm thick, round disc.
06 - Spoon the Zaatar mix onto the dough rounds. Bake at 230°C for 10 to 12 minutes until golden.
