Air Fryer Garlic Parmesan Shrimp (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Shrimp Coating

01 - 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
06 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Crust Mixture

07 - 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
08 - 1/2 cup seasoned panko breadcrumbs
09 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

→ Garnish

10 - Lemon wedges

# Instructions:

01 - Pat shrimp dry with paper towels to help the coating stick. Place them in a bowl and toss with olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.
02 - In a separate shallow bowl, combine Parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs, and half of the chopped parsley.
03 - Press each shrimp into the breadcrumb mixture, gently pressing to ensure coating adheres. Repeat until all shrimp are coated.
04 - Preheat air fryer to 400°F for 3–5 minutes.
05 - Arrange shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket (working in batches if necessary). Air fry for 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy. Ensure shrimp are pink and cooked through.
06 - Garnish with the remaining parsley and serve with fresh lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the shrimp are fully dried before coating to help the crust adhere better.
02 - Work in batches if your air fryer basket is small to avoid overcrowding and ensure even cooking.
