Air Fryer Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 pieces)
02 - ¾ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
03 - 24 slices pepperoni
04 - ½ cup pizza sauce

→ Garlic Butter Topping

05 - 3 tablespoons melted butter
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
09 - Fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the air fryer to 350°F for about 3-5 minutes while you assemble the ingredients.
02 - Flatten each biscuit into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.
03 - Fill the centers with 1 teaspoon of pizza sauce, 3 slices of pepperoni, and a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella. Do not overfill.
04 - Carefully pinch the edges of the dough together and roll into a tight ball. Make sure no filling is exposed.
05 - In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan.
06 - Brush the bombs with half of the garlic butter mixture before cooking.
07 - Place the sealed dough balls in the air fryer basket, seam side down, leaving a little space between each one. Cook at 350°F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
08 - Brush again after cooking with the remaining garlic butter and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
09 - Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
