Air Fryer Potato Wedges (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 russet potatoes, unpeeled, washed
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
04 - 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ½ teaspoon black pepper

→ Optional to serve

08 - Freshly chopped parsley
09 - Grated parmesan
10 - Ketchup

# Instructions:

01 - Chop potatoes into halves and then cut each half into large wedges.
02 - Place potato wedges in a large bowl and add olive oil. Toss to coat the potatoes evenly.
03 - In a small bowl, combine garlic powder, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Add the spice mixture to the potato wedges and toss to ensure they are fully coated.
05 - Set the Air Fryer to 400°F and spray the basket with cooking spray.
06 - Place the potato wedges in the Air Fryer basket, ensuring they do not touch each other. Cook in batches if necessary. Cook for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
07 - Serve warm, topped with freshly chopped parsley, grated parmesan, and/or your favorite dip such as ketchup.
