Crispy Parmesan Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 bunch green asparagus (about 250g or 1/2 pound)
02 - 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ For the marinade

03 - 2 tablespoons good quality olive oil
04 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
05 - Sea salt, to taste
06 - Freshly ground black pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Rinse the green asparagus under cold water and pat dry. Snap or cut off the woody ends - they'll naturally break at the right spot if you bend them.
02 - In a bowl, combine the olive oil, sweet paprika, grated Parmesan, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of black pepper until you have a paste-like consistency.
03 - Toss the asparagus in the Parmesan mixture until well coated, then arrange them in a single layer in your air fryer basket. Drizzle any remaining mixture over the spears.
04 - Air fry at 360°F (180°C) for about 12 minutes, or until the asparagus is tender-crisp and the Parmesan is golden and slightly crispy.

01 - Cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of your asparagus spears - thinner spears might need only 8-10 minutes.
