Bacon Cheeseburger Rice Skillet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs lean ground beef
02 - 1 onion, finely diced
03 - 1 cup BBQ sauce
04 - 1 tbsp yellow mustard
05 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
06 - 2 cups instant rice
07 - 2 cups broth
08 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, brown the beef and onion over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
02 - Drain excess fat, then add the BBQ sauce, mustard, pepper, and rice. Stir to combine. Cover the mixture with the broth.
03 - Sprinkle cheese over the top, then cover with a lid and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
04 - Garnish with crispy crumbled bacon and chopped green onions. Enjoy!
