Whisk in the milk and heat the saucepot over medium-low for 3-4 minutes, or until the milk begins to steam and small bubbles form around the edges. Whisk constantly to prevent burning.

Add the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and combined into the hot chocolate.

Remove the saucepot from the heat and stir in the Baileys.
