# Ingredients:

02 - 2 tablespoons unsweetened Dutch-processed cocoa powder (e.g., Ghirardelli)
03 - 1 ¼ cups whole milk
04 - ¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (e.g., Ghirardelli)
05 - 3 tablespoons Baileys Irish Cream flavored liqueur

# Instructions:

01 - In a small 1.5-quart saucepot, whisk together the granulated sugar and cocoa powder until no large lumps remain.
02 - Whisk in the milk and heat the saucepot over medium-low for 3-4 minutes, or until the milk begins to steam and small bubbles form around the edges. Whisk constantly to prevent burning.
03 - Add the chocolate chips and stir until fully melted and combined into the hot chocolate.
04 - Remove the saucepot from the heat and stir in the Baileys.
