Baked Garlic Parmesan Wedges (Print Version)

01 - 3-4 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
02 - 4 tablespoons olive oil
03 - 2 teaspoons salt
04 - 2 teaspoons garlic powder
05 - 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
06 - ½ cup shredded parmesan cheese
07 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
08 - Ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a large baking sheet and set aside.
02 - Place potato wedges in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat. In a small bowl, whisk together salt, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Sprinkle shredded parmesan cheese over the wedges and toss to coat. Then sprinkle with the seasoning mixture.
03 - Arrange the seasoned potato wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer with skin-sides-down.
04 - Bake for 25-35 minutes until potatoes are fork-tender and golden.
05 - Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley, and serve with your choice of dipping sauce, such as ranch or blue cheese dressing.
