Elegant Blue Cheese Stuffed Pears (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 ripe pears, such as Bosc or Anjou
02 - 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled
03 - 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts or pecans
04 - 1 tablespoon honey
05 - 1 teaspoon lemon juice

→ Optional Garnish

06 - A handful of fresh arugula or microgreens

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and dry the pears. Slice them in half lengthwise. Use a melon baller or a small spoon to remove the core and create a small hollow in the center of each pear half. Brush the cut sides of the pears with lemon juice to prevent browning.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the crumbled blue cheese, chopped nuts, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Mix until evenly combined.
03 - Spoon the blue cheese mixture into the hollows of the pear halves, pressing gently to fill them.
04 - Arrange the stuffed pears on a serving platter. Drizzle with the remaining honey for a glossy finish. Garnish with fresh arugula or microgreens, if desired, for a pop of color.

# Notes:

01 - Choose pears that are ripe but firm enough to hold their shape.
02 - Swap walnuts or pecans for almonds or hazelnuts for a customized flavor.
03 - Prepare the filling in advance and assemble the pears just before serving.
