Creamy Potato Broccoli Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A big handful of freshly grated cheese.
02 - A generous splash of milk.
03 - One heap of flour.
04 - 800g potatoes.
05 - About 300g fresh broccoli.
06 - A spoonful of butter.
07 - A little cream.

# Instructions:

01 - After layering it all in your dish, throw loads of cheese on top, then bake at 200°C ’til it’s golden and bubbly.
02 - Toss in salt, pepper, and a bit of nutmeg to add loads of flavor.
03 - Start by gently melting butter with flour, then slowly add cream and milk while whisking. Keep going until you get a really smooth mix.
04 - Slice your potatoes into thin rounds and quickly dunk the broccoli in boiling water so it stays nice and green.
