Best Lobster Tail Broiled Garlic (Print Version)

01 - 4 lobster tails
02 - Salt

04 - 1/4 cup butter, melted
05 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon thyme, minced
08 - 1 teaspoon rosemary, minced
09 - 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to broil or 500°F. Using kitchen shears, butterfly the lobster tails by cutting down the center. Loosen the meat and pull it upward. Season the lobster meat with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, and parsley. Spread the mixture evenly over the lobster tails.
03 - Broil the lobster tails for about 8–10 minutes or until the meat is opaque and lightly browned on top. Serve with melted butter, if desired.
