Caesar Chicken Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 150 g plain cornflakes with no sugar
02 - 80 g all-purpose flour
03 - 1 clove garlic
04 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
05 - 1 egg
06 - 40 g parmesan, finely grated
07 - 2 chicken breast fillets
08 - 60 g mayo
09 - 1 tsp smoked paprika powder
10 - 1 tsp mustard
11 - 2 Romaine lettuce hearts
12 - 150 g plain yogurt
13 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
14 - 600 g potatoes, best if they're waxy
15 - 1 tsp olive oil
16 - pepper
17 - salt

# Instructions:

01 - Toss your chopped lettuce with the dressing, fill your bowls with the warm potato fries, salad, and crispy chicken, then sprinkle with parmesan.
02 - Stir everything for the dressing together until it looks creamy.
03 - Potato wedges go in the oven for 40 minutes – add your chicken for the last 20 minutes at 200°C.
04 - Season the chicken, then dip it in flour, beaten egg, and crushed cornflakes.
05 - Cut potatoes into fries, toss with oil and your spices.
