Wash and dry the celery stalks. Cut them into fourths and set aside.

Cook the diced bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain off the grease and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up any excess grease. Alternatively, cook the bacon whole and crumble it after cooking.

In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix everything together until well combined or use an electric hand mixer.

Using a butter knife, spread the filling into each celery piece. Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
