Cheddar Bacon Celery Sticks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 large celery stalks
02 - ½ pound bacon, small diced
03 - 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
04 - 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
05 - 1 Tablespoon dried ranch seasoning
06 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and dry the celery stalks. Cut them into fourths and set aside.
02 - Cook the diced bacon over medium heat, stirring occasionally until crispy, about 15 minutes. Drain off the grease and transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to soak up any excess grease. Alternatively, cook the bacon whole and crumble it after cooking.
03 - In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, ranch seasoning, and green onions. Mix everything together until well combined or use an electric hand mixer.
04 - Using a butter knife, spread the filling into each celery piece. Serve immediately or store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
