Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Roll-Ups (Print Version)

01 - 4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
02 - 8 low-carb tortillas
03 - ½ cup pizza sauce
04 - 48 slices pepperoni

# Instructions:

01 - Place a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle ½ cup of mozzarella cheese in the center of the skillet and let it melt without stirring.
02 - Once the cheese begins to melt and bubble, place a tortilla on top, gently pressing it into the melted cheese.
03 - When the cheese starts to brown and crisp, carefully flip the tortilla. The cheese should be attached to the tortilla.
04 - Spread about 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce in the center of the tortilla and top with 6 slices of pepperoni.
05 - Roll the tortilla carefully from one side to the other, securing the cheese and pepperoni inside.
06 - Repeat the steps with the remaining ingredients to make more pizza roll-ups.
07 - Serve the roll-ups with extra pizza sauce for dipping. Add optional toppings like olives or bell peppers for extra flavor.
