Ingredients

01 Pinch of pepper.
02 Salt to taste.
03 ¼ tsp chili flakes.
04 1 tsp dried herbs.
05 30 g rolled oats, ground.
06 90 g chopped veggies like zucchini, tomato, or bell pepper.
07 50 g grated cheese (Emmental or similar).
08 1 egg, medium to large.
09 200 g cottage cheese.

Instructions

Step 01

Pop the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes. Flip the patties after 12 minutes if you want. Check that they're golden.

Step 02

Grab your mixture and split it into 6 even balls. Flatten each one and set it on your baking tray.

Step 03

Toss all the stuff into a bowl and give it a good stir so it's all mixed up.
