Pop the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes. Flip the patties after 12 minutes if you want. Check that they're golden.

Grab your mixture and split it into 6 even balls. Flatten each one and set it on your baking tray.

Toss all the stuff into a bowl and give it a good stir so it's all mixed up.

Whiz your oats in a blender or food processor until they're powdery like flour.

Wash up your veggies, dry them off, and chop into tiny cubes.

Set your oven to 200°C with fan. Grab a baking sheet and lay down some parchment paper.
