Effortless Protein Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Pinch of pepper.
02 - Salt to taste.
03 - ¼ tsp chili flakes.
04 - 1 tsp dried herbs.
05 - 30 g rolled oats, ground.
06 - 90 g chopped veggies like zucchini, tomato, or bell pepper.
07 - 50 g grated cheese (Emmental or similar).
08 - 1 egg, medium to large.
09 - 200 g cottage cheese.

# Instructions:

01 - Pop the tray in the oven for about 20 minutes. Flip the patties after 12 minutes if you want. Check that they're golden.
02 - Grab your mixture and split it into 6 even balls. Flatten each one and set it on your baking tray.
03 - Toss all the stuff into a bowl and give it a good stir so it's all mixed up.
04 - Whiz your oats in a blender or food processor until they're powdery like flour.
05 - Wash up your veggies, dry them off, and chop into tiny cubes.
06 - Set your oven to 200°C with fan. Grab a baking sheet and lay down some parchment paper.

# Notes:

01 - Great to eat straight from the oven or at room temp.
02 - You can skip the flour but your patties might fall apart more easily.
03 - Try cooking them on the stove if you don't want to use your oven.
