Creamy Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Handful of fresh parsley.
02 - Salt.
03 - 200 grams extra creamy cream cheese.
04 - 100 grams Parmesan, freshly grated.
05 - 1 teaspoon Italian herbs.
06 - 200 ml heavy cream.
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
08 - 1 chicken breast clove (or 1 whole clove of garlic).
09 - 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard.
10 - Black pepper.
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
12 - 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder.
13 - 4 boneless chicken breasts (about 600 g).

# Instructions:

01 - Pour the sauce over the chicken, sprinkle with fresh parsley, and toss on a little more Parmesan if you want.
02 - Pop the chicken back into your sauce, cover up, and let it simmer nice and slow for 10 minutes.
03 - Sauté chopped garlic, then mix in the cream cheese, heavy cream, Parmesan, and all the other seasonings. Stir until it’s super smooth.
04 - Get your olive oil hot and cook the chicken 3–4 minutes per side till it’s golden. Move it out of the way.
05 - Pat the chicken breasts dry, flatten ‘em out, and dust with your spices.

01 - Tastes awesome with pork tenderloin or even turkey breast.
02 - Go veggie and swap in zucchini or mushrooms.
