Crispy Tortilla Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
02 - 4 organic corn tortillas
03 - 1 tbsp avocado oil
04 - ¾ tsp smoked paprika
05 - ¾ tsp chili powder
06 - ¾ tsp garlic powder
07 - ½ tsp salt

# Instructions:

01 - Let the chips sit on the tray to cool all the way before serving.
02 - Bake the chips for about 15 minutes. Give 'em a flip at the halfway mark.
03 - Toss together your seasonings and sprinkle them all over the chips.
04 - Put those triangle pieces into a bowl. Drizzle with oil and mix till they're slick.
05 - Cut each corn tortilla into 6 or 8 wedges, whatever you like.
06 - Switch your oven to 350°F. Cover a baking tray with parchment paper.

# Notes:

01 - Check on your chips around the 10-minute mark so they don't get burnt.
02 - Don't worry if they seem soft. They'll really crisp up as they chill.
