# What You'll Need:

→ Cookie Base

01 - ¾ cup butter, softened
02 - ⅓ cup each: sugar, brown sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 1½ cups each: flour, graham crackers
06 - ½ teaspoon salt
07 - ¼ teaspoon baking soda
08 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
09 - ½ cup additional graham crackers for coating

→ Cream Cheese Frosting

10 - 8 ounces each: cream cheese and butter, softened
11 - 2½ cups powdered sugar
12 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

→ Caramel Topping

13 - 1¼ cups brown sugar
14 - ½ cup whipping cream
15 - 5 tablespoons butter
16 - 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
17 - ¼ teaspoon salt

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Cream butter and sugars, add eggs and vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients and graham crackers. Roll in extra graham crumbs, flatten and bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes.
02 - Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla. Add powdered sugar until fluffy. Pipe onto cooled cookies.
03 - Boil butter, sugar, cream, and salt 5-7 minutes until thickened. Add vanilla. Cool slightly.
04 - Drizzle caramel over frosted cookies. Let set 20-30 minutes before serving.
