Effortless Chicken Filet (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 500 g chicken breast, boneless.
02 - 3 tbsp honey.
03 - 2 tbsp mustard.
04 - 1 tbsp soy sauce.
05 - 1 clove garlic.
06 - 1 tsp paprika powder.
07 - 1 tsp olive oil.
08 - Salt.
09 - Pepper.
10 - Some parsley or chives.
11 - 250 g basmati or jasmine rice.
12 - 500 ml water.
13 - 1 tsp salt for rice.

# Instructions:

01 - Spoon the chicken on top of the rice, toss some herbs over the whole thing.
02 - Pour the oil into a hot pan. Cook the chicken till it’s golden, about 5-7 minutes, then quickly bubble up the rest of the marinade in the pan.
03 - Stir together honey, mustard, soy sauce, crushed garlic, and spices. Swish chicken in this for a good 10 minutes.
04 - Give the rice a rinse, drop it into boiling salted water for 10-12 minutes, let it chill off-heat for 5 extra minutes before fluffing.

# Notes:

01 - Go for sweet or mildly hot mustard, whichever you fancy.
