Weihnachtliche Schokomousse (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 8 candy eyes.
02 - 4 fresh raspberries.
03 - 200 ml whipping cream.
04 - 250 g dark chocolate.
05 - 2 tablespoons water.
06 - 3 eggs.
07 - 50 g butter.
08 - 40 g sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Shape the rest of your chocolate into antlers and let them firm up. Turn the mousse into cute reindeer topping each one with sugar eyes and berries.
02 - Move everything into glasses and pop in the fridge for a couple of hours or until set.
03 - Gently fold your melted chocolate mix into the yolk mixture. Next, carefully fold in whipped whites and cream until it's all smooth.
04 - Whisk egg yolks with hot water until fluffy, then mix in the sugar until it's nice and creamy.
05 - In a water bath, melt 200g chocolate with the butter until smooth.
06 - Separate the eggs. Whip up the whites and cream in different bowls until stiff.

# Notes:

01 - Plan for at least 2 hours of chilling.
02 - Melt the chocolate slowly and gently.
03 - This is great for winter holiday desserts.
