01 -
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and fully cooked. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, ketchup, and mustard. Cook for 2–3 minutes until combined. Remove from heat, let cool slightly, and mix in shredded cheese.
02 -
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
03 -
Separate the biscuit dough and flatten each piece into a circle. Place a spoonful of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Fold the edges up and pinch to seal, forming a ball. Place the sealed side down on the prepared baking sheet.
04 -
Bake the assembled dough balls in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
05 -
While the bombs bake, combine melted butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, and dried parsley in a small bowl.
06 -
Brush the baked bombs with the prepared garlic butter immediately after removing them from the oven. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ketchup, mustard, or ranch dressing.
