Grinder Pasta Salad Deli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
02 - 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
03 - 1 tablespoon banana pepper juice (from the jar of banana pepper rings)
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon oregano
06 - 1/3 cup banana pepper rings
07 - 1/4 red onion, or to taste, thinly sliced
08 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
09 - 5 ounces salami, chopped into bite-sized pieces
10 - 6 ounces deli turkey breast, chopped into bite-sized pieces
11 - 8 ounces sliced provolone cheese, chopped into bite-sized pieces
12 - 1 pound rotini pasta

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a pot of water to a boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to the box instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse the pasta under cold water to cool.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, banana pepper juice, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth.
03 - Chop the provolone cheese, turkey, and salami into bite-sized pieces. Thinly slice the red onion. Halve the cherry tomatoes and chop the banana pepper rings.
04 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta, chopped ingredients, and the dressing. Toss everything together until evenly coated. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
