01 4 Stück frische Hähnchenbrustfilets (je 150g).
02 2 EL Olivenöl, extra nativ.
03 1 TL getrockneter Thymian.
04 1 TL feines Paprikapulver.
05 1 TL getrockneter Rosmarin.
06 1/2 TL Knoblauchpulver.
07 Frischer, grob gemahlener Pfeffer.
08 Eine Prise Meersalz.
09 1 frische, saftige Zitrone.

Instructions

Step 01

Den Ofen auf 200°C (Ober-/Unterhitze) einstellen und vorheizen. Zitrone in dünne Ringe schneiden.

Step 02

In einer Schale Olivenöl mit Salz, Pfeffer, Thymian, Rosmarin, Knoblauch- und Paprikapulver gründlich vermischen.

Step 03

Brustfilets in eine Backform legen. Die Marinade gleichmäßig drüber verteilen und mit den Zitronenscheiben garnieren.
