Omas Gulaschsuppe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Salt.
02 - Black pepper.
03 - 1 red bell pepper.
04 - 2 carrots.
05 - 400 g potatoes.
06 - 1 tbsp dried marjoram.
07 - ½ tbsp spicy paprika powder.
08 - 1 tbsp sweet paprika powder.
09 - 800 ml broth.
10 - 200 ml red wine or stock.
11 - 1 tbsp sugar.
12 - ½ tube tomato paste.
13 - 4 tbsp oil.
14 - 3 cloves garlic.
15 - 2 big onions.
16 - 600 g beef goulash cut.

# Instructions:

01 - Drop in your chopped potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper and cook another half hour.
02 - Toss in the spices, cover, and let it bubble away for two hours.
03 - Mix in tomato paste and sugar, give it a quick fry, then pour in wine and broth to deglaze.
04 - Dice up the onions and garlic, stir them in with the beef, and cook for five minutes more.
05 - Chop your beef into bite-sized cubes. Brown them in hot oil for about ten minutes.
