All those pizza cravings? They come together in this soup. Creamy tomato sauce, creamy cheese, sweet corn, peppers, ground meat—everything you love. You just need 20 minutes then grab some bread and dig in. Everybody’s happy.

True multitasker

A handful of stuff from the kitchen...that’s all you need. Kids and adults both love it. This is great for family meals, parties, even New Year’s. Plus, you can make it ahead.

What goes inside

  • Start with: Cherry tomatoes, corn, peppers, onions, ground meat, 2 onions (about 400g each ingredient).
  • The magic: Broth, melty cheese, cream, tomato sauce.
  • Season up: Oregano, ajvar, cheese, fresh parsley, pepper, salt.

How it’s done

Prep first
Chop your veggies and drain the corn.
Cooking
Add everything together and let it simmer about 10 minutes.
Browning time
Cook ground meat, onions, and ajvar until browned.
Finish it off
Toss parsley and cheese on top before serving.

My pointers

Whip in some whipping cream to make it extra rich. Craving more kick? Try chili or more ajvar. Plant-based ground works if you want to ditch the meat.

Serve it pretty

Bread, croutons, or garlicky toast take it up a notch. Top with crème fraîche, parmesan, or extra herbs to fancy it up.

Stays nice

Freeze for up to three months if you want. Defrost in the fridge overnight, then reheat and toss on your favorite toppings.

Switch things up

Go lighter with plant-based cream. Try zucchini or spinach for more veggies. Smoked cheese adds that smoky flavor twist.

What makes it special

Ready in a flash, super filling, and you can tweak it. Use up what you’ve got—good for everyone. It’s a real all-rounder.

Cooking smart

Use those leftover veggies and shelf-stable stuff. Easy way to cut down on waste and get a feel-good bowl.

Kids go wild for it

It’s creamy, gentle, and super fun to look at. Toss in tiny pasta shapes or little mozzarella balls for even more fun.

Party hero

Croutons, fresh herbs, or a splash of balsamic make cool garnishes. Put it in cute bowls and wow your guests.

Global vibes

Jalapeños? You’ll get those Mexican flavors. Basil gives you more of an Italian feel. Or toss in some Middle Eastern spices for a whole new spin.

Easy make-ahead

Meal prep win—keeps in the fridge for three days. Add fresh herbs once you reheat, so it tastes bright again.
