Hearty Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Fresh parsley, chopped
02 - Grated cheese to sprinkle on top
03 - 2 cans strained tomatoes (400g each)
04 - A splash of oil
05 - 200g herb cream cheese
06 - 2 tablespoons Oregano
07 - 250ml light cream
08 - Some salt and pepper
09 - 2 tablespoons mild Ajvar
10 - 1 big onion
11 - 1 can corn
12 - 2 bell peppers, any color is fine
13 - 400ml veggie broth
14 - 500g ground beef
15 - One handful mini cherry tomatoes

# Instructions:

01 - Shake on some grated cheese, then enjoy with your favorite crusty bread.
02 - Drop in corn, peppers, and cherry tomatoes. Mix it up, then add cream cheese, seasonings, and the cream.
03 - Pour in the tomatoes and broth. Give everything a good stir.
04 - Cook the beef in hot oil till it browns. Add the onion and Ajvar. Keep stirring for another minute.
05 - Dice the onion up real fine. Rinse the peppers, pull out the seeds, then chop into small cubes.
