Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) conventional heat.

Heat coconut oil in a pot until melted. Once liquid, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.

Spread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once during baking with a wooden spoon. The granola should be golden brown but not dark.
