Homemade crunchy muesli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (100g) coconut oil
02 - 3 cups (300g) rolled oats - quick or old-fashioned
03 - 1/3 cup plus 1 tablespoon (120g) honey
04 - 1/2 cup (50g) shredded coconut
05 - 1/2 cup (50g) sliced almonds

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C) conventional heat.
02 - Heat coconut oil in a pot until melted. Once liquid, add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
03 - Spread granola on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring once during baking with a wooden spoon. The granola should be golden brown but not dark.
04 - Let the granola cool completely, then transfer to airtight jars or enjoy immediately.

01 - Keeps up to 4 weeks when stored in an airtight container.
