02 - 5 oz smoked sausage, sliced into rounds (beef or turkey sausage)
03 - 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
04 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon butter

→ For the sauce

06 - 3 tablespoons honey
07 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce (low sodium if preferred)
08 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
09 - 1/2 teaspoon chili flakes
10 - 1 teaspoon cornstarch + 1 tablespoon water (optional, for thickening)
11 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, garlic, and chili flakes. Set aside. If a thicker sauce is preferred, mix in the cornstarch slurry.

03 - Add butter to the same skillet. Add the broccoli and stir fry for 3–4 minutes until tender and crisp. If needed, add a splash of water and cover for 1–2 minutes to steam.
04 - Push the broccoli to the side of the skillet and add the shrimp. Cook for 3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink.
05 - Return the sausage to the skillet and pour the sauce over everything. Toss well to coat and let simmer for 1–2 minutes until evenly glazed and heated through. Garnish with chopped parsley.
