Honig-Senf-Hähnchen mit Reis (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Chicken breast, 400g.
02 - A bit of oil for your pan.
03 - 1 onion.
04 - 2 teaspoons mustard.
05 - Salt.
06 - 1 tablespoon butter.
07 - Pepper.
08 - 2 teaspoons honey.
09 - Cream, 250ml.
10 - Cooked rice on the side.

# Instructions:

01 - Now pop the chicken back in with the sauce and let it simmer for a couple more minutes until everything's cooked through.
02 - Stir in the honey, mustard, pepper, and salt till it tastes just right to you.
03 - Dice your onion, toss it in with the butter, cook and stir it for about five minutes, then pour in the cream and get it bubbling.
04 - Slice up the chicken, season, then fry each side in oil until nicely browned—should take about three or four minutes. Put it aside when done.

# Notes:

01 - Tweak the honey-mustard mix to taste.
02 - Serve it all with some rice.
