Turn on your oven to 200°C and grab a tray with some baking paper.

Grind the oats into a powder using a hand blender.

Stir together cottage cheese, the egg, salt and pepper, then add in the grated cheese, parsley, and the oat flour.

Toss your chopped spring onion rings and quartered cherry tomatoes into the mix.

Scoop out 9 blobs onto the tray and bake them for around 15 minutes until they're a nice golden color.
