Keto Big Mac Roll-Ups (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1/4 onion, finely chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
06 - 1 cup shredded lettuce

→ Keto Big Mac Sauce

07 - 1/3 cup mayonnaise
08 - 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish
09 - 1 tablespoon sugar-free ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon Swerve confectioner's sugar substitute

# Instructions:

01 - Place the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté until the meat is browned and the onions have softened.
02 - Drain the excess grease from the skillet.
03 - Add 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish, Worcestershire sauce, and salt and pepper to taste. Sauté until well combined.
04 - In a bowl, stir together mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon dill pickle relish, sugar-free ketchup, and Swerve until well combined.
05 - Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
06 - Arrange shredded cheddar cheese in circles about 3-4 inches across on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake for 6-8 minutes until the edges of the cheese circles start to brown and turn crispy.
07 - Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Immediately place a line of sauce down the center of each cheese circle, sprinkle shredded lettuce on top, and add some meat mixture down the center.
08 - Quickly roll the cheese circles up around the filling. Allow the cheese to cool and harden, then serve.
