Knusprige Nachos Hähnchen (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 600g fresh chicken breasts
02 - 100g wheat flour
03 - 1 large egg
04 - 100g crispy nacho chips
05 - Paprika powder to taste
06 - Salt to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cut the chicken breasts into narrower, evenly sliced strips.
02 - Mix the egg with some paprika powder and salt in a bowl. Crush the nachos into small bits and place on a plate. Pour the flour onto another plate.
03 - Dip each chicken piece first in the flour, then the egg mixture, and lastly in the crushed nachos so they're well-coated.
04 - Arrange the breaded strips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake at 200°C (top and bottom heat) for 30 minutes until golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - No parchment paper is needed if you're using a stoneware baking tray.
