Ingredients

01 3 EL frische Petersilie, gehackt.
02 150g Feta-Käse.
03 1 kleiner Hokkaido-Kürbis.
04 1 TL Currypulver.
05 1 TL feines Salz.
06 2 TL edelsüßes Paprikapulver.
07 4 EL Ölivenöl.
08 Ein Rosmarinzweig.

Instructions

Step 01

Stell den Ofen auf 180 Grad Ober-/Unterhitze ein und lass ihn warm werden.

Step 02

Spül den Kürbis ab, teile ihn in Viertel, schabe die Kerne raus und schneide die Viertel in dünne Scheiben.

Step 03

Schneide den Rosmarinzweig in kleine Stücke.

Step 04

Vermenge die Kürbisscheiben mit Olivenöl, den Gewürzen und dem geschnittenen Rosmarin.

Step 05

Verteile den Kürbis auf einem Backblech, zerbrösele den Feta-Käse darüber und backe 30 bis 35 Minuten.

Step 06

Gib die Petersilie darüber und bring das Gericht direkt auf den Tisch.
