Toss in the chives, mix everything well, then give it a little sprinkle of salt and pepper.

Throw in the butter, onion, and garlic, keep cooking for another 5 minutes.

Warm up olive oil in your pan, fry up those mushrooms for about 5 minutes so they're golden.

Dice the onion and garlic real fine after peeling.

Wipe mushrooms with a paper towel and trim off the stems.

Squash the garlic and mix it together with creme fraiche and chives. Season it with salt and pepper until it tastes awesome.
