Leckere Markt Champignons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon chopped chives, extra for the sauce.
02 - 1 clove garlic.
03 - Butter, 1 tablespoon.
04 - Freshly ground pepper.
05 - Some salt.
06 - Olive oil to cook.
07 - 2 cloves garlic (for the sauce).
08 - 300 grams small mushrooms.
09 - 1 onion.
10 - Chopped chives, 1 tablespoon (for the sauce).
11 - 200 grams creme fraiche.

# Instructions:

01 - Toss in the chives, mix everything well, then give it a little sprinkle of salt and pepper.
02 - Throw in the butter, onion, and garlic, keep cooking for another 5 minutes.
03 - Warm up olive oil in your pan, fry up those mushrooms for about 5 minutes so they're golden.
04 - Dice the onion and garlic real fine after peeling.
05 - Wipe mushrooms with a paper towel and trim off the stems.
06 - Squash the garlic and mix it together with creme fraiche and chives. Season it with salt and pepper until it tastes awesome.

# Notes:

01 - Just wipe your mushrooms, don't rinse them.
02 - Put your sauce together before starting the mushrooms so it gets nice and flavorful.
