Effortless Orange Honey Mustard Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh salmon fillets (about 150g each)
02 - Fine sea salt
03 - Freshly cracked black pepper
04 - 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
05 - 3 tablespoons runny honey
06 - 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
07 - 100ml squeezed orange juice
08 - 1 teaspoon freshly grated orange zest
09 - 1 teaspoon soy sauce
10 - 1 teaspoon minced fresh garlic

# Instructions:

01 - Line a baking tray with parchment paper and set your oven to 200°C to preheat.
02 - Lay the fillets skin down on the tray. Sprinkle with pepper and salt, then lightly drizzle with olive oil.
03 - Stir up honey, mustard, orange juice and zest, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl till smooth.
04 - Brush the glaze all over your salmon. Bake for 12-15 minutes. For a golden top, use the grill function for the last 2 minutes.

01 - Top it with chopped herbs if you like.
02 - Tweak the glaze however it suits you.
03 - Tastes awesome served with quinoa or rice.
