Orangen Lachs Honig Senf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 fresh salmon fillets (around 150g each).
02 - Fine sea salt.
03 - Freshly cracked black pepper.
04 - 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil.
05 - 3 tablespoons of runny honey.
06 - 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
07 - 100ml of freshly squeezed orange juice.
08 - 1 teaspoon of finely grated orange zest.
09 - 1 teaspoon of soy sauce.
10 - 1 teaspoon of minced fresh garlic.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Place the salmon fillets skin-side down on the tray. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and drizzle olive oil over them.
03 - Combine honey, mustard, orange juice, zest, soy sauce, and garlic in a small bowl. Stir until smooth.
04 - Brush the salmon with the glaze. Bake for 12-15 minutes. Turn on the grill for the last couple of minutes for a caramelized finish.

01 - Top with some fresh herbs before serving.
02 - Adjust the glaze flavor to your liking.
03 - Great with quinoa or rice on the side.
