High Protein Quark Taler (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Garnish with powdered sugar.
02 - Garnish with berries.
03 - 90 g flour.
04 - 500 g low-fat quark.
05 - A splash of oil.
06 - 3 eggs.
07 - 2 tsp baking powder.
08 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
09 - Sweetener you like (maple syrup/honey/sweetener).

# Instructions:

01 - Add some berries and powdered sugar on top before digging in.
02 - First, let your pan heat up with the oil. Scoop the mix using an ice cream scoop, then cook each side for about 3 to 4 minutes.
03 - Mix the quark, eggs, baking powder, flour, vanilla extract, and your sweetener. Stir till it all comes together.
