Roasted Boursin Dates Pistachios (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 24 Medjool dates
02 - 1 package (5.2 oz) Boursin cheese (garlic & herb flavor)
03 - ½ cup shelled pistachios, roughly chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - Fresh thyme for garnish (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Make a lengthwise slit in each date and remove the pit.
02 - Fill each date with about 1 teaspoon of Boursin cheese and press slightly closed. Place on a baking sheet.
03 - Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the dates, pressing gently to adhere.
04 - Roast for 6-8 minutes until dates are warm and cheese is slightly softened.
05 - Drizzle with honey and garnish with thyme if desired. Serve warm.

# Notes:

01 - Can be prepared up to 4 hours ahead and reheated briefly before serving.
02 - Store leftover dates in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
03 - For best results, bring Boursin cheese to room temperature before stuffing.
