13 - 1 tablespoon neutral oil (vegetable, canola, or avocado)
14 - 4 slices American cheese
15 - 1 small onion, diced
16 - Dill pickle chips
17 - Shredded iceberg lettuce

# Instructions:

01 - Divide the ground beef into 4 equal portions for the tacos.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat on your work surface and spread one portion of ground beef evenly across its surface.

10 - Assemble each taco by adding burger sauce, shredded lettuce, diced onions, and pickle chips on top.
11 - Serve immediately and enjoy your smash burger tacos.

# Notes:

01 - Make the burger sauce in advance for better flavor integration.
02 - Use fajita-sized tortillas or adjust meat portions for smaller taco sizes.
03 - The sauce can be substituted with traditional burger condiments if desired.
04 - A griddle is ideal for cooking all tacos simultaneously, but a skillet works as well.
05 - Leftover sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
