Spaghetti Pasta Salad Supreme (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Vegetables

01 - 1 cucumber, diced
02 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 green bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
05 - 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
06 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped

→ Pasta and seasonings

07 - 16 ounces spaghetti noodles, broken into pieces
08 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
09 - 2 tablespoons Salad Supreme seasoning
10 - 3/4 cup Italian dressing
11 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Toppings

12 - 1/2 cup sliced black olives

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broken spaghetti noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.
02 - Once cooked, drain and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process. Drain well.
03 - To a large bowl, add the cucumber, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, cherry tomatoes, red onion, black olives, chopped parsley, and cooled spaghetti. Toss everything to combine.
04 - To the mixing bowl, add the grated Parmesan cheese, Salad Supreme seasoning, Italian dressing, salt, and pepper. Mix using tongs until thoroughly combined. Taste and adjust the seasoning if needed.
05 - Cover and chill the salad in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. This allows the flavors to meld together.
06 - Just before serving, stir to redistribute the dressing and seasonings. Serve as a refreshing side dish or a light main course.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to use any pasta of your choice, such as rotini, bowtie, or penne.
02 - Optional additions include diced grilled chicken, cubed salami, or chickpeas for more protein.
03 - Feta cheese or mozzarella balls can be mixed in at the end for additional flavor.
04 - Add a tablespoon of freshly squeezed lemon juice just before serving for a zesty twist.
