Strawberry Cheesecake Bites Delight (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 24 large fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
02 - 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened to room temperature
03 - 1/2 cup (60 g) powdered sugar, adjust to taste
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Toppings

05 - 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
06 - 1/2 cup white chocolate chips, melted (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Wash and hull the strawberries. Use a paring knife or melon baller to hollow out the centers, creating space for the filling.
02 - In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated and creamy.
03 - Transfer the cheesecake mixture to a piping bag fitted with a star tip (or use a zip-top bag with the corner cut off). Pipe the filling into each strawberry, letting a small amount overflow on top.
04 - Gently dip the filled end of each strawberry into the graham cracker crumbs, coating the cheesecake filling.
05 - Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between each round until smooth. Drizzle the chocolate over the filled strawberries or dip the tips for added indulgence.
06 - Arrange the strawberry bites on a serving platter and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Serve chilled for the best flavor and texture.

# Notes:

01 - For a more intense strawberry flavor, crush freeze-dried strawberries into a powder and mix them into the cheesecake filling.
02 - To stabilize the filling, especially in warmer climates, dissolve 1 tsp unflavored gelatin in a small amount of hot water and mix it into the filling.
03 - These bites are best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
