02 - 1 jalapeño pepper, stem and seeds removed, finely diced
03 - 1/2 cup finely diced red onion
04 - 1/4 cup chopped cilantro, loosely packed

02 - Chill the salsa in the fridge for about 2 hours before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.
03 - For a spicier salsa, use serrano peppers instead of jalapenos or keep the seeds and veins intact in the jalapeno.
04 - Store salsa in a sealed container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
