If using cream cheese, allow it to come to room temperature. If using coconut cream, ensure the can contents are thick and creamy. If the coconut cream is hard or flakey, it may not be suitable for mousse preparation.

Remove stems from the strawberries and blend or mash until pureed.

Combine the strawberry puree with all remaining ingredients. Blend until completely smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.

Transfer the mousse to serving dishes and refrigerate. The mousse will thicken as it chills.
