3 Ingredient Strawberry Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Yogurt Cups

01 - 1/2 cup granola, more for topping
02 - 1 cup yogurt of choice
03 - 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, hulled and diced

→ Topping

04 - 3/4 cup fresh strawberries, sliced or chopped
05 - 1/4 cup granola, smaller pieces work better

# Instructions:

01 - Line a 12-cup muffin pan with muffin liners or use a 12-cup silicone baking pan. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of granola into the bottom of each cup. Set aside.
02 - In a medium bowl, add yogurt and diced strawberries. Using a pastry cutter or fork, mash the strawberries into the yogurt until mostly mixed with a few chunks remaining. Stir and fold until well combined.
03 - Spoon 2 tablespoons of the strawberry yogurt mixture into each cup, creating an even layer. Gently tap the pan to smooth out the layers. Press about 1 tablespoon of strawberries or a single strawberry slice into the top of each cup. Sprinkle about 1 teaspoon of granola over the top of each cup.
04 - Place the pan into the freezer and chill until firm, approximately 2-4 hours.
05 - Remove the frozen yogurt bites from the pan, allow them to thaw for a few minutes if needed, and enjoy.

# Notes:

01 - Store the yogurt bites in an airtight, freezer-safe container for up to 1-2 months. Let thaw for a few minutes before consuming.
