Summer Mango Coconut Float (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 2 cups ripe mango chunks (fresh or frozen)
02 - 1 cup coconut milk (chilled)
03 - 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
04 - 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
05 - 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder (optional)

→ Toppings

06 - 3–4 scoops vanilla ice cream
07 - 2–3 tablespoons mango puree or syrup
08 - Fresh mango slices
09 - Shredded coconut or coconut flakes
10 - Crushed ice (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - In a blender, combine the mango chunks, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, honey/maple syrup, and cardamom powder (if using). Blend until smooth and creamy.
02 - Drizzle mango puree or syrup around the inside of a glass to create a dripping effect. Pour the prepared mango-coconut shake into the glass.
03 - Top the shake with 2–3 scoops of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle additional mango puree over the ice cream and sprinkle with coconut flakes.
04 - Add a fresh mango slice or a wedge of orange for garnish. Serve immediately with a straw and spoon.
