Veganes Chili sin Carne (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 tbsp soy sauce.
02 - 140g corn, drained.
03 - 265g black beans, drained.
04 - 265g kidney beans, drained.
05 - 400g diced tomatoes.
06 - 500ml veggie broth.
07 - 2 fresh carrots.
08 - 2 red bell peppers.
09 - 3 tbsp tomato paste.
10 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper.
11 - 1 tsp cocoa powder.
12 - 1 tsp ground cinnamon.
13 - 1 tsp dried oregano.
14 - 1 tsp ground cumin.
15 - 1 tbsp smoked paprika.
16 - 2 tsp mild chili powder.
17 - 4 garlic cloves.
18 - 2 onions.
19 - 2 tbsp plant oil.
20 - 150g soy mince.

# Instructions:

01 - Top it off with spring onions and a spoon of plant-based yogurt when you dish it out.
02 - Turn the heat all the way down. Let it bubble away for about an hour after you add the tomatoes, both beans, the sweetcorn, and the soy sauce.
03 - Throw in the carrots, red peppers, tomato paste, then sprinkle all the spices. Give it a good stir and let everything warm for five minutes with the onions and garlic you just tossed in.
04 - Sizzle the squeezed soy mince in hot oil on medium for 10 minutes. Stir now and then.
05 - Soak the soy mince in boiling water for about 10 minutes. Then, strain it, rinse under cold water, and squeeze out all the water you can.

01 - Kick up the heat if you like things hotter.
02 - Tastes great with some bread or a bowl of rice.
03 - Spoon over sliced green onions and a dollop of vegan yogurt to finish.
