# What You'll Need:

→ Base

01 - 1 pound ground beef (90% lean or higher)
02 - 8 ounces pasta (penne, rotini, farfalle, or spaghetti)

→ Aromatics

03 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
04 - 1 onion, diced
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 2 Roma tomatoes, diced

→ Sauce and Seasonings

07 - 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
08 - 1 tablespoon tomato puree (optional)
09 - 1 teaspoon paprika
10 - ½ teaspoon each: onion powder, salt
11 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper
12 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

# Let's Cook!:

01 - Brown ground beef in olive oil, drain excess grease. Add onions and garlic, cook until softened.
